Shipping Costs & Thresholds

· Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination and package dimensions.

· Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $150 USD shipped within the contiguous United States.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

· Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day under standard operations.

· Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Fridays, during weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the following business day.

· In the event of inventory discrepancies or additional verification requirements, notification will be sent via email within 24 hours.

· Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

 

Domestic Shipping Carriers & Estimated Transit Times

Standard domestic fulfillment utilizes FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Estimated transit times are as follows:

· Contiguous United States: 3 to 5 business days.

· Alaska & Hawaii: 5 to 7 business days.

· U.S. Territories: 7 to 10 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable. Distribution is strictly limited to addresses within the United States and its official territories.

 

Delivery Restrictions & Address Accuracy

· Address Restrictions: Deliveries to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not currently supported.

· Address Accuracy: Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details will cause processing delays. Orders will remain on hold until address verification is confirmed via email support.
